Liability Agreement

EQUUS Argentina is a travel agency dedicated to the coordination, advice and planification of equestrian trips. We assume our public understands that riding horses in any of its ways is an activity with certain risks. Mostly because we are interacting with a living animal with a mind of its own. We must not forget that even if they kindly take us for a ride they have emotions, fears and reactions of their own.

It’s our duty to inform our clients of the risk involved in an equestrian activity BECAUSE our main aim is to take care of them and their needs. With this in mind, EQUUS Argentina works with suppliers and professionals that count with all the recommended security measures.

All riders, from beginners to professionals, must acknowledge the risk under their responsibility as co-protagonists of the activity.

EQUUS Argentina also requires a medical certificate.
